One of the best movie I’ve ever seen

last monday my lecturer  shown us a movie… the title is “men of honor“. Now.. i want to tell you little about the story..ehhmm before that i want you to know this movie made base on true story..the story told about the struggle of man to becoming a main Navy diver (Carl Brashear)..He is a black man..because of his skin he got problem cz AS navy just accept black man to become a chef at the kicthen, parking interpreter,and  go away from navy!!!!.. cz they just want white man in navy… but he never gave up, he always show his skill that he can.. and one time he followed the final test to string up some tools and almost make him lost his life cz there are sabotaging his equipment.. but he success to do that..

While Leslie William Sunday ( Robert De Niro) who served as chief diver was demoted because of violation of orders from superiors and tried to help Carl who nearly drowned cz tried to follow test for main diver. As a result of his action,Leslie finally had to be a Navy diving instructor.

finally, he success to be a main diver and someday Carl got an assignment to find the location of the atomic bomb that sank in the ocean. And he found it. but when moving the atomic bomb on board, an accident that caused Carl had to give up one of his legs amputated. As a result, Carl had to undergo early retirement.

and the other place Leslie William Sunday was undergoing rehabilitation for alcohol addiction. When he knew the bad news he send an article that contains a story about a pilot who lost his legs but is still permitted to fly by Air Force. and the article make Carl hopes re-grow. He also plans to return to duty in the Navy. Unfortunately, the Navy rejected the request of this Carl. Carl heard that effort fails, then Leslie contact the press to provide an explanation on this issue.

But Carl never gave up… he always try and he showed that he was able to resume his position eventhough with one leg.. and finally he back!!!!

I say” Congratulation Carl”…

I’m very inspired by your struggle and from your struggle taught me that don’t never give up to reach our dreams ..cz with the intention is accompanied by the ability of all will probably to occur..
